The Five Rules

1. Primary sources or silence. Ingredient facts come from the printed label, and research claims link to NIH, PubMed, NCCIH and equivalents, verified before publication. Where the evidence is weak, we say it is weak.
2. Tested, never aggregated. Review verdicts require retail purchase and full label-cycle use with logs. Other sites' conclusions are never laundered into ours.
3. Supplement law is the ceiling. “Supports” is our strongest verb; treatment implications die in draft.
4. Freshness enforced. Pricing, guarantee terms and stock claims re-verified monthly against the official checkout; every page carries its update date.
5. The wall holds. Commissions fund the work, appear in every footer, and buy nothing — the cons sections stay published exactly as written.

How Reviews Are Made

Retail order, label-directed daily use for a minimum of 60 days, structured logging with fixed weekly checkpoints, claim-by-claim label verification, a checkout and billing audit, then triangulation against verified customer patterns. Verdicts update when the product, its pricing or its terms change.

On Proprietary Blends

Where a manufacturer holds per-ingredient amounts as a proprietary blend, we report that plainly and point you to the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle. We do not estimate, reconstruct or borrow figures from similar products to fill the gap, and we treat any page that does as unreliable.

Corrections

Report inaccuracies via the contact page; verified corrections publish within 48 hours and are noted on the corrected page. The team is on the about page.
